30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In the same condition you received it

• With original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at PchillThreadz@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when possible so we can review the situation and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without original tags or packaging

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, the fastest option is to return the original item.

Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

This helps make sure your preferred size or product does not sell out while your return is being processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, contact us at PchillThreadz@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

This right is in addition to any other rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
